ZAxxis Filaments accepts returns of most unopened, unused filament spools within 30 days of delivery, with the goal of keeping returns simple and fair while maintaining high product quality.

To be eligible, spools must be unused, show no signs of being loaded into a printer, remain in their original, unopened vacuum-sealed packaging with all labels intact, and be in resellable condition, free from damage, odors, or debris; opened or partially used spools, cut lengths, clearance items, and special-order or custom products are not returnable unless there is a verified defect or fulfillment error.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears defective, customers should contact ZAxxis within 7 days of delivery with their order number and, if requested, photos or a short video of the packaging, spool label, and any print issues, so that ZAxxis can assess the problem and offer an appropriate resolution such as a replacement, store credit, or refund, which may include a prepaid return label in cases of confirmed defects or shipping errors where required by law or policy.

To start a return, customers should either log in to their ZAxxis account, locate the relevant order and submit a return request, or contact customer support with the order number and reason for return, then wait for return authorization and instructions before shipping anything back, since unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed. For change-of-mind returns (for example, ordering the wrong color or no longer needing the item), customers are generally responsible for return shipping, while ZAxxis may cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, or waive the need to return the item, when a defect or fulfillment error is confirmed. A modest restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns to help cover inspection, repackaging, and payment processing costs, and any such fee will be disclosed in the return authorization before the customer ships the product back. Once ZAxxis receives and inspects the returned item, an update is typically issued within 5–10 business days, and approved returns can be refunded to the original payment method, issued as store credit, or exchanged for the same or a similar filament subject to stock availability, while items found to be opened, used, or damaged may be eligible only for a partial refund, store credit, or a denial of the return, with the item possibly sent back at the customer’s expense.

ZAxxis reserves the right to update this return policy periodically, with the version displayed on the website at the time of purchase generally applying to that order, and customers are encouraged to contact support before opening or using a spool if they have any questions about eligibility so that all options remain available.
